The Creating IT Futures Foundation was established in 1998 as the philanthropic arm of CompTIA, the leading trade association of the information technology (IT) industry. The mission of the Creating IT Futures Foundation is to help individuals in need and populations under-represented in IT prepare for, secure and be successful in IT careers.

CompTIA is currently recruiting for the position of Local Workforce Program Manager within the Creating IT Futures Foundation.  By working closely with a number of different stakeholders in Minneapolis-St. Paul, the Local Workforce Program Manager will be instrumental in helping the Foundation to develop and prove a scalable, repeatable and sustainable model for connecting the populations that we serve with training, mentoring, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities in IT. As the local face of the project, the successful candidate will have the ability to network extensively and gain the support of local Minneapolis-St. Paul business, nonprofit, and municipal leaders.
