Consider this your formal invitation to join thousands of other leading businesses and organizations in membership with the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce. Since 1881, there has been one consistent voice for business throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area marketplace: The Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce.

The by-laws of the Chamber state that the general purpose of the Chamber shall be "to foster, promote, advance and improve the civic, industrial, agricultural and general business conditions of the Metropolitan Statistical Area."

Once your company is a member of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber, you and all of your employees are members as well. As a member, you are entitled to the full range of Chamber resources, all designed to help you grow your business.

Membership Investment

Membership Investments are based on the full-time employee equivalents based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. When a new member joins, the business or organization joining receives twelve months of active membership, (and all the benefits of membership therein), from the date the application and payment are received by the Chamber.

  • The MRCC is your immediate connection to over 1,800 business leaders representing 68 communities through out the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
  • Members have access to a variety of seminars, networking meetings, government forums, luncheons with local & national CEOs & special events designed with the entrepreneur in mind.
  • World Wide Web:  All Chamber members are listed on the Chamber’s web site free of charge. We also will link your web site with ours at no additional cost to you. Over 20,000+ viewers each month!
  • Contact Database:  A complete & updated listing of the Chamber’s membership, including main contact, company information & mailing address.
  • Membership Directory: Printed annually. All members are listed in two categories: Alphabetically and by business category.
  • Advertising & Promotion:  The Chamber makes available to members a variety of opportunities to put your message into print. Our mailings hit over 6,000 business leaders throughout the region.

Exposure

Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings & Ground Breakings
As a benefit to Chamber members, your company has the opportunity to promote your ribbon cutting, ground breaking or open house. The Chamber pre-promotes your business and ribbon cutting through our Connections newsletter, and on the Chamber calendar of events, after the ribbon cutting pictures are posted in the magazine and on the website. Listing in Chamber’s On-Line Membership Directory
The Chamber's website is one of the busier sites in the region, attracting over 20,000 original page viewers each month. As a member, your company or organization will be listed on our website's member directory, which is one of the most frequently visited pages on our website. You can look up members by name or category. We'll list your company name, main contact, address, telephone, fax, website and can even include a map to your location.

The Annual Membership Directory is the definitive and comprehensive desk reference for all of corporate Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

All members are listed in the “Membership Listings” alphabetically by company name and in the “Buyer's Guide” by category. Individual employees are listed in the “Who’s Who” section. Each member receives one complimentary copy. Whether you use this publication for buying or selling, you'll find this directory and your exposure through it helpful all year long with its estimated readership of over 1,800 business professionals.

The Chamber's glossy, four-color monthly newsletter, BusinessBriefing, is sent to over 6,000 members, elected officials and key players throughout our region. Committees

Get involved with our region's progress -- join a Chamber committee! As with most organizations, the more effort you put into the Chamber, the more you will benefit from it. As members become more involved in Chamber committees, they are given a chance to have an impact on the business environment in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region, help their business, and make excellent contacts.
