The 81st Celebrate Northeast Parade, as many of you know, is sponsored and facilitated by the Northeast Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. A committee of dedicated volunteers meets monthly, beginning in January, planning and organizing all the details involved with the celebration. With their intense commitment and efforts, and the additional help of nearly 150 volunteers, this Northeast tradition continues year after year.
120 parade entrants, representing neighboring communities, local businesses, Northeast Royalty, elected officials, marching bands, non-profits and schools from across the state proceed down Central Avenue. The sidewalks are packed three people deep watching the parade and representing multiple generations of family and community members.
Consider becoming an active financial supporter of the Celebrate Northeast Parade. Sponsorship benefits include: features in local and citywide publications, billboard acknowledgement, television promotion via live broadcast with follow-up showings, signage on Central and Lowry Avenues, a banner in the parade with your company name. Your logo and company name placement on the parade website and in all outgoing parade promotional correspondences, on parade posters and listing in the parade day program.
