This committee oversees membership recruitment and member retention programs, reviews member benefits and investment structure and works to enhance benefits through communication and networking opportunities.

Minnesota Keystone Advancement
Members assist with the marketing efforts of the Minnesota Keystone Program and select companies that will be honored in the upcoming year.

The members of this committee represent Chamber members from around the region who are dedicated to planning quality programs for Chamber members and the business community.

Northeast Minneapolis Economic Development Vision
This committee is designed to create a more receptive environment for community-based organizations to build greater capacity. This committee will build civic support, and political support to sustain progress towards the vision to complete a “Northeast Minneapolis” master plan.

Northeast Minneapolis Event Planning
This committee reviews the current Northeast Chamber programs and makes recommendations and suggestions to the Northeast Board of Directors, with regards for partnerships and sponsorships. The committee also oversees the financial process of the Chamber’s events and programming.

This committee’s purpose is to assist in the recruiting and retaining membership as well as provide a sense of community through the welcoming process. Their goal is to involve as many businesses, organizations and individuals in the events, programs and activities the Northeast Minneapolis Chamber has to offer.

Northeast Minneapolis Parade
This is a 50-member volunteer planning committee helps to shape the largest one-day event in the Northeast. Meetings are held monthly from January-June.

Public Policy
This is an active committee of volunteers who invest many on issue research, discussion, and position and strategy development. The committee also actively partners with other organizations to affect decisions that produce positive outcomes for businesses at the city, state and federal levels of government.
