About the Index
As the nation’s economy slowly improves, it is essential that Minneapolis Saint Paul is prepared to compete with other national metropolitan centers. The MSP Business Vitality Index, presented by Target, compares our region to eight other metropolitan competitors against rankings in three broad areas: business climate, workforce development and quality of life.
