Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) is a non-profit arts agency with the mission of promoting and supporting the quality and diversity of artistic resources based in Northeast Minneapolis to benefit the greater community.
The Chamber shares board members with NEMAA, works on educational programming, promotes mutual events and co-hosts an annual breakfast kicking off the start of Art-A-Whirl weekend. Additional support for the Arts Action Plan and the Arts District are a long activities of the Chamber.
NEMAA activities include representing Northeast artists in the neighborhood and city developments, working for creative solutions on issues that affect artists and hosting fine art events:
