Community Development Corporation
The Northeast Community Development Corporation (Northeast CDC) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation committed to driving and nurturing the economic and residential development in Northeast Minneapolis.
In addition to managing development projects, we help by providing tiered-rate services including fundraising services for nonprofits, fiscal agency for organizations and creative groups and free business planning for startups.
The Chamber works with the NECDC on the initiatives they spearhead below:
Arts Action Plan
The Northeast CDC steers the current Arts Action Plan committee, a group comprised of representatives from our organization and the Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association. We are currently studying the next best steps for the long-term sustainability of artists in Northeast.
