    Nataliya Espey works for the Commercial Banking line of business at Associated Bank and focuses on enhancing the Business Development and Marketing efforts for Minnesota and part of Wisconsin. Nataliya has regional responsibilities to boost marketing initiatives and event execution to enhance Associated Bank’s ability to increase revenue, deepen client relationships and increase retention. Nataliya brings a wealth of experience and talent to help the sales force create meaningful relationships and discover more sales opportunities. Nataliya’s 14 years of diverse experiences in sales, communications, marketing, news broadcasting, business development and banking give her a strong foundation for developing new ideas for success. Some of her unmatched qualities like excellent communication skills, reliability, passion, consistency and experience working directly with executive management set her apart from the rest.

     

    Prior to joining Associated Bank in February of 2008, Nataliya worked for Wells Fargo as a certified banker and was one of the top sales producers in her region.

     

    Nataliya began her career in her native country of Bulgaria as a news anchor. She quickly moved from a local TV station to a national one and was promoted to a news producer and international news editor.

     

    Nataliya holds a masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, a bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, a bachelors degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria and a mini masters in Business Communications from the University of. St. Thomas.

     

    Nataliya volunteers at the Bulgarian School 'Sts. Cyril and Methodius' and the Crisis Nursery of Greater Minneapolis. She is a Committee Member of the Executive Women’s Council with the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce.
